A bread baking journey...

The whole idea of BREADucating is to share and record our bread baking journey. We love taking photos of bread and the people behind the bread, to share their story as well. After quite a few years of working in the baking industry we realised something. Baking isn't just about making great bread! Its more than that. The highs and lows in baking are what shape us as bakers & the friends you make along the way is all part of the journey so we thought we would share our story...

Highlights this year...
