Plaited Bread...

Plaited bread looks great when its done properly, and there are many different types that can be made. To start you off, here is our straight forward guide to one, two, three and four strand plaited breads, along with step by step instructions.

One Strand Plait

This one is a bit more unusual, but looks great when baked! A very different approach to a normal baguette, which is why we love it!

A bread decorated with a leaf shaped piece of dough placed on top. We like to make these as rolls rather than bread but can be either.
